CV/support statement writing service/job application support

I'm currently applying for my first jobs. I've done voluntary work before but never actually applied for "proper" jobs.
I'm a bit clueless really. Are there any CV writing and support statement writing services available and/or a service that will support you with a job application??
I'm not on JSA so I don't know if the JCP will help.
