ESA work-focused interviews what happens??

Hi All, My name is Callum. Has anyone attended a work focused interview before? Anyway, I was recently awarded Employment Support Allowance the work-related activity component after winning on appeal.
Now, I have to attend a work-focused interview next week. I am a bit nervous. My questions are:

(1). What happens during the interview?
(2). Can they force you to attend a training course or do some work skills program?
(3). How regular are these interviews?
(4). Will they expect me to actively look for work or do training courses?

    1. They will discuss the best way to get you back into work and whether this is acheiveable in the short term. They will discuss if there is anything further you can be doing medically to achieve being able to go back to work.

The rest depends - on your situation, what is appropriate, whether they believe you are resisting working but are actually ok to work and what funding they have got.

Mine talks to me maybe once a month or less - and on the phone usually - because they admit I am not ready to work. They have offered me a Payroll course but due to my conditions I have said that I am not sure that I can handle the schedule required. We spoke about the fact they have 2 slots for the course and could I attend aiming to get to one or the other each week and whilst I appreciated this idea I mentioned that I still was not sure I could be reliable enough to make either session for the 16 weeks (I think) the course runs due to health. She accepted this and we have infrequent chats on the telephone.

Another friend got asked to go on the English, Maths and Computer Skills course (and attended those) and has now approached them regarding a adult teaching course but as yet has been told they don't have the funding. He also had to do an "employability" course which included applying for a job and doing an interview with the company in question. He didn't get offered the job so I don't know what would happen if they did and he refused to take it however.
