Some employers use ‘Two Ticks’ to encourage disabled people applications. One of the commitments is to interview those who have the minimum criteria.
When do you tell the potential employer you have a disability, I guess this has to be done on the covering letter or CV? At the interview it would be late?

This question would be asked as part of the equalities section on an application form.
CV's don't normally comply with equalities legislation, that's why the route in would be by application form.Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0
