Hi
I'm wanting recommendations for a flower wholesaler. Have you used one that you would be happy to recommend. They must offer UK delivery.
Thank you
Ms C xx

You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time

Most wont deal with you unless you have an account.ie are a florist.
I did read that someone did a deal with a supermarket for a large order of flowers and I think the supermarket did a discount.
To be honest with you, supermarkets sell a lot of flowers at a cheaper cost anyway. (than a florist).0 -
We live in the London area but had our wedding where I grew up in the Cotswolds. A couple of days before the wedding we got up very early (about 5am I think) and drove to New Covent Garden market, bought all the flowers for the reception venue from wholesale market traders, then drove off to the venue to start decorating it. That worked out really well and the prices were great (although you won't get a price in advance - it just depends on supply and demand on the day). Of course with these wholesale markets you do have to get up early - by the time we arrived at about 6am some traders had already closed.
There is a "Flower Market Delivered" service on their website which may be worth looking at: http://www.newcoventgardenmarket.com/fmdLet's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning0
