Puzzle 13 is the correct spelling, it is the name of the first person to pass the driving test in 1935.
Puzzle 17 - Not really sure what the prize is to be honest, it says John Crane is giving away a host of outdoor toys to 10 lucky winners but it doesn't say what exactly and there aren't 10 toys shown/listed so I can't say if it is 1 toy or a bundle of toys.
