Are you sure you really need one? Loads of support on the main boards on landlord tax returns. If you're using the wear and tear allowance it really is simple.

I am on the lookout for this service myself. I am renting my house for the first time and would be willing to pay someone for a few hours to sort out my tax return. I have no clue or no time to know what I should/shouldn't, can or can't claim against.
