I had tried GOOGLE before posting, but most of the posts are more technical or product promotions. I am recovering from a severe stroke and cannot read for long so quit when I did not get to a simple list and had run out of brain power to process further exploring.

You could have ignored my post, but you chose the wisecrack route. I can't imagine what you got out of it.

Walnuts, flaxseeds, chia seeds, sweet red peppers, soy beans are few I know. You could mix them with your salads or even smoothies. DM me if you need any idea about how to do it.
Holland&Barrett sells flaxseeds, chia seeds - you can buy from there and try out.
Would you not consider using a supplement too?

thank you everyone. I love oily fish and have no difficulty eating at least three portions a week. My beloved slim, fit husband however now has raised cholesterol and a low hdl, although he eats fish several times a week he loathes oily fish .

I do not take supplements as I already take a lorry load of medication and cannot face more capsules or pills but OH could. I will suggest it.
