Hi guys, iv decided to stop messing around with dca's now and just tackle them head on, iv decided to email them rather than calling or writing to offer a x amount for full and final settlements. Only problem i do not have the account numbers, as i havent had letters off them for a while. Are there any templates that i could use in the email?

It is always recommended to write rather than email with F&F settlements to ensure your communication gets to someone who has the authorisation to deal with it.
Even if you do still decide to email do ensure you get something formal in writing from them first before you make any payments.
Template letters and info on full & final settlements can be found here - https://www.nationaldebtline.org/EW/factsheets/Pages/24%20EW%20Full%20and%20final%20settlement%20offers/Default.aspxA smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Giving them your name and address will be enough if they still own your account.
What's on your credit file? That should list the account owner.:beer:0
