does anybody know what I cant log in excel telemedia chat

Hi All

Im a new operator with the chat excel telemedia, I passed my test yesterday but when I try to log in to take calls it tells me that I cant log in the message says they cant offer me the option to log in, has anybody else had this problem and if so how did they resolve it.

looking forward to your replies, Just want to earn some money before the 19th aug dead line

Have you recorded your Greetings - the ones the Men will hear?

Try calling the office, they will be able to tell you why. Usually, when you can't log in it is because they have suspended it for one reason or another, but the fact that you are new.. it could just be that you aren't fully ready to go 'live' yet.

Thanks for your advice, I called the office and they said that my groups hadn't been saved thats why I couldnt log on, I did think at one stage it might be because there was too many people on but that wasn't the case.
Do you work for them as well If so how do you find it? I like the way you get paid fortnightly, at my normal job I get paid monthly so its going to be a nice little top.

Yeah I had to do the same with the company I work for, which is chat recruit.

How are you finding it?

I get paid fortnightly too...I love it!!! Means that there's alot of money to go and buy things we need! Better than weekly, and monthly is too far to wait!!

Hi The WaltonsJust started last night, amazing how quick the money mounts up, Im getting a bit addicted very motivating to check on the web site and see the money go up, seems strange to get used to at first, as some people hang up quickly sometimes find it hard though to drag the conversation out if they arent very chatty, do you find it strange at first?

Yeah I did... very hard and I didn't make much the first week because I couldn't keep the callers on much.. but perservere and believe me, the money is there to be made. With some people, you just 'gel' and they will keep calling you. 4 weeks on, I can keep callers on longer (48 mins is my max).

What is your log in bonus for after 20 and 30 hours, do you know?
