How long did it take you to sell your shared ownership property?
Was it high in demand or did it take ages?
I have a SO flat to sell @ 25% - execellent condition.

My flat was advertised for around 2 weeks, and there were 12 applications from interested parties. I then had 3 viewings, and 2 of the 3 were interested in going forward. I think my valuation was April 13th and then I was under offer by the time I went to reserve my new place last weekend. This is in Oxford, with a 25% share of a 4 year old property.0
