NRAM have sold my mortgage

I have contacted them in writing and on their web site with no response back from them.
As been put in arrears affects my credit rating i wanted a reply back in writing to pass on to Equifax.

Hi,
I'm desperately trying to find a contact number for Tulip mortgages. Are you able to share that with me? My nram mortgage was sold to them and I don't have any communication from them as I believe my tenants did not pass the Mail on to me.

Do Tupip (and NRAM) have your current address. It is a risky business to rely on tenants to pass on mail. Do you have consent to let the property? You should have given the lender your correspondence address as soon as you let the property.

Does Tulip know that you are letting the property?

Possible that NRAM is providing administration support still.
