Hi everyone.
I was just wondering if anyone could reccomend a mortgage broker for a self employed limited contractor also first time buyer, companys turnover has been approx 60k in last tax year paying sole director (myself) over 40k in wage and dividends, my credit isnt the best but i dont owe any companies money.
Also the property i have in mind is on the market for 160k but looking to put down a 20% deposit if possible.
Any positive input or advice is appreciated.
thanks
