That's about the norm for an Xbox One just now, seen a few floating around between £280-310 with 1 or 2 games depending on where you go. I would check though that the 15% discount applies to consoles, it's not uncommon for items like that to be on the excluded list, especially if that 15% happens to be staff discount.
