Fretting over mortgage offers

I scored 999 on Experian this year. I have not been in my overdraft this year and have a 15 % deposit plus an additional 15 thousand if needed.
I have opened a bank account in the last 3 months as I wasn't expecting to be in the market. I have a DIC through a broker but I am currently fighting to get the right paperwork for money laundering checks.
I have had debt on multiple credit cards, an overdraft, a loan and a career development loan in the last 9 years. Yet I have never missed a payment and the last of these cards was settled and closed December 2014. Everything else is settled. I have taken cash out on my credit card but only when I have lost my debit card and it was sorely needed. At the time I didn't know that may be a problem.
Is it likely that I will run in to trouble on my mortgage application?
