Has anyone received an AIP for tesco mortgages and then declined when you go through with the mortgage or they didn't lend you as much as stated in your AIP?

Could happen with any lender. If for no other reason that the lenders policy changes in some manner in the intervening period.0

On the plus side, when they say their beans are 16p, they are only 16p.
