I've been on here before but it never really got off the ground and I continued to stuff my head in the sand. I won't go into the how's and whys of my debt problems but let's just suffice to say that much of it comes from being to soft and trying to help my daughter out and the rest because I have had problems with certain addictions which I am getting under control.
I am lucky as I have a decent income and just about enough to pay my monthly minimums and a bit more.
I am unable to share my problem with my husband as he is very obsessed with not being in debt and would either leave me or r lives would be changed and relationship ruined. I need to sort this out myself ...I got in the mess and I need to get out of it myself.
I thought it would be good to hear from others in a similar situation and maybe take some advice and inspiration from you if you would care to advise.
I owe approx £30K.
I have £700 per month available to pay off it whilst managing to contribute to mine and my OHs lifestyle. I thought about selling stuff on eBay and trying to get a little extra to pay off each month. Here are my debts and I will post every month when I make a payment - that way I can see the numbers going down....
FD CC - 4510, MBNA CC - 7600, tESCO CC - 4300, FD loan 13800, next- 1242.
