Advice on first time mortgage

Hi,
I have had a fairly good credit rating (paid bills on time, have used a decent amount of credit in the past etc.) and am looking to buy my first house. Currently at the AIP stage on somewhere, and am due a credit check.
After a mortgage of £110,000 and have a deposit of £40,000. Salary is just under £30k.
Only problem is that I have a CC statement of £2,200 (which I can pay off) - and I have missed a payment (30 days, no default) in December.
Is this likely to cause the check to fail?
Thanks in advance,
George
