Wedding meal - small group

Hi everyone,
I'm planning to get married early next year, and rather than having a full blown evening reception, we'd like to have a meal for a smaller group - around 25-40 people. Can anyone recommend me a hotel for this? Another option would be to find a restaurant which has a nice private room.
Somewhere that's nice inside outside so we could get a few photos would be a bonus. Most places in Co Antrim or Down should be within range, although I suppose not being too far from Belfast would also be a bonus.
Any suggestions?
Thanks for your help.

We went to a wedding in Deane's Meat Locker last year. There were around 35 guests. It was fabulous, highly recommended.Norn Iron Club Member 330

Deanes at Queen's has a private room and Botanic Gardens (and Queen's University) are just across the road and you could get good photos at either - though I know for sure you need a permit for Botanic, not so sure about Queen's. Or you could consider somewhere on Stranmillis or Botanic Avenue.0

You won`t get any better than Newforge House for a smallish `do`,
You have the house, rooms and gardens all to yourselves - just check the reviews0 -

One of my favourite places. Absolutely fantastic food. Hats off to the guy (John I think) who owns the place and prepares the food.0 -
