Contract shows £13,065 for a 37.5 hour working week


I am thinking this is below NMW : (
Please can someone correct me?

Nope. I make it £6.70 an hour - 13065/1950 hours (37.5*52)

NMW is £6.50. NMW won't change to £6.70 until 1 Oct 2015

It works out at £6.70 an hour. NMW is £6.50 for over 21 and over.

It will be around £1000 take home each month

I make that £6.70 per hour, 20 pence more than current NMW of £6.50 which rises to £6.70 from October.

Edit: Beaten to it but nice to have my figures validated .

Thank you lots, I always thought it was £13,520 salary wise for min wage, how scary I am, lost an afternoon thinking about it
