Can anyone please inform me is it possible to go on to the New Enterprise Allowance twice?? My client has been on it once under JSA and due to bad advice the business has failed and is having to cease trading.

I know of someone who has been allowed on it twice but it was a different business idea and he was told he had to have at least six months between the end of the first business and the start of the new one. I think this is a decision that is up to the provider in each area.Gwlad heb iaith, gwlad heb galon0
