shorter term accommodation co.Antrim whilst purchasing new property

Hi

Can anyone help with ideas of where to source accommodation for 3/ 4 months, hoping to be buying new build. Our house is hopefully completing in next couple of weeks. Couple with baby,may put some study in storage or sell some. We currently live in Belfast, open to options needs be easy to commute to city centre for work.

try gumtree .Also look on propertypal featured properties .
They are featured because they haven't been able to rent /sell .I think you are going to have to settle for a minimum six months but you never know.

Yeah, I think you're looking at 6 months minimum.


Cheaper than going for 6 * 1 month short term rentals.

Yea debating moving in with relatives, just not sure like my own space, gumtree does not seem to have much. Think also because tourist season more difficult

Would it be worth a chat with some of the student letting agencies? They might have something available if you were able to guarantee being out before the start of the next academic year (from memory this would be say last week in September).
