NHS forcing change from bank to substantive contract

Quick question...
I have a p/t job in the NHS on the bank doing admin work. I've had the job since 2009 and its flexibility fits very well around other commitments I have.
I have recently been told that the trust wants to change this to a substantive contract, and that I will have to either accept the substantive contract or there will be no job for me.
For a variety of reasons the zero-hour bank contract is a far better option for me. Short of finding bank work elsewhere [which might be an option], do I have any rights whatsoever in terms of determining the nature of the substantive post I'm offered? Although I would be accepting any substantive contract reluctantly, I would prefer to work 8-9 hours over one day [which is what I currently work on the bank], but I think the job being offered to me is 15 hours over two days. This would reduce my potential earnings, and commit me to working two days a week, which drastically reduces how flexible I can be with my other commitments.
Many thanks in advance.

There may be errors in the bank contract that give you some hope but unlikely to make them stick.
NHS zero hours(IME) are better than many.
The key is mutual agreement to shifts.
If(and this is the key) they fill the posts will there be any work?
They can offer the post on any conditions they want.
Even if you agree to a single shift they can change it anyway(there will be clauses to allow this).
Our local staff got stuffed all their contracts changed to have them work at loads of different hospital miles away.
Bottom line is the bank/contract situation has got out of hand in many place and needs to be sorted which is a shame for those that it is working for.
Try to find out what the backup strategy is if they can't fill the posts.0
