Corner desk curtain?

Hi, am hoping someone will have a good idea for me.
Son left behind a large corner desk unit and other cupboards. I don't really use it as a desk with a chair and have some storage under the footwell area.
Was wondering how to add a pretty curtain around the curve - WITHOUT spoiling the desk or making lots of holes in case he later claims it.
Would sticky back velcro maybe work? Don't think drawing pins would hold it.

If you didn't mind a few small holes, and wanted to do an L shape instead of a curve, you could use curtain wire (like for net curtains), use two lengths then the curtain would be easy to access in the centre as well as the ends.
You could attach underneath the desktop as opposed to on the edge, so it couldn't be seen.
