Hi All,
For last 1 and half years i've been trying to deal with a number of my debts to get back on the right path.
I decided one particular debt which i was struggling with, I would challenge and just see what i can do with it. After a number of letters upto the point last week of being issued court documents, I have finally been told by the debtor that the debt is totally unenforceable and they are withdrawing their case as the case was issued in error.

This has absolutely elated me, and all the work of the last 1.5 years has been totally worth it. I can be at ease now about this debt knowing it cannot be enforced.
I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulder and proves that if you pursue something it can be achieved.
I'm just waiting for the court claim to be withdrawn and then will tackle the credit report issue.
I just want to thank few members who's post on this forum really guided me.
Keep perservering...its totally worth it.
Thanks
