Are commission only jobs legal?

Not something that affects me as I am lucky to have a decent job but noticed this vacancy being shared on a friends Facebook page

It states on it that it is commission based only but surely then you could easily be earning below the minimum wage? or is it the case for these roles that the minimum wage is offered + commission
