Activity and sleep tracker help

Hi, I've been reading the other threads and I'm still confused after reading reviews for the various trackers
Basically I walk with dog twice a day, do a fitness DVD and have a reasonably active job. My sleep is rubbish
I would love to keep an eye on what I do, have help with my sleep etc and am rejoining slimming world lol
Which of the least expensive ones do you recommend, I see some have strap problems
Thank you

The Xiaomi Mi Band could be a cheaper alternative but it does require a smart phone (Android 4.4+ or iOS) - the sleep tracking is surprisingly accurate (for me anyway)

I recommend the jawbone. It is basic and it is not too expensive. I absolutely love mine it has completely changed my life.

re sleep, what time do you exercise? I have to train before 4pm or it really affects my sleep. I've started going to bed super early (9pm) and feel absolutely amazing when I wake up!

also as much as I love tech I don't think the human body evolved to be surrounded by bluTooth, wiFi, telephone signals etc.
