Remortgage advice needed please - have I got any hope ?

Hi can anyone help please..

I am looking to re-mortgage to remove my ex's name from mortgage and going to wait to apply when old but satisfied defaults dropped off (End Aug this year) but I have a satisfied CCJ on file which was added over a year ago.

All my active credit agreements (current mortgage, credit cards, phones) are managed well with no late payments for 12 months.

I would like to remortgage for £145K, current property value £280K so there is good LTV.

I have salary of £60K per annum.

The CCJ was result of debt being sold while I was catching up paying back debts and the DCA just went to court. Totally gutted (and very stressed) as apart from that I think I would be in good stead.

Have I got a hope with all the other positive things I have ?

Thanks for help
