While looking for mortgages I came across this company offering almost 10 times salary. Theres got to be a catch right?

There will probably be an income cap somewhere in their criteria.

I cant see a lender offering 10x income - the bank of england would be all over them.

Im also not sure too good to be true is the right description. Getting10x income is one thing, paying it back is another.

This piece of nonsense does calculate ten times gross if you do not enter any outgoings.

As ACG says, expected to be tripped up by a income multiple cap on any case.
