Creation Consumer Finance Loan Help

Hi

I took out a loan with creation consumer finance ltd 2 years ago however on trying to get some information on my account balance I've had nothing but trouble.

No statements have been issued since outset of loan.
Unable to log in to online account
Wont let me send emails from the contact page
& gave up trying to call as constantly in a queue.

Has anyone else had the same issues? Also I thought they had to provide annual statements???

Thanks:(

If you applied online, you should have an email from online.decision@creationcf.com with your account number. If not already; you need register for the online account at http://www.creation.co.uk/, in the top right hand corner click login/register, then click 'register' and there they ask for the account number (on agreement email) and personal details. When you have registered you can access account and the payments should all be on there.

If you do not have the agreement number then likelihood is you will need to write to them for a copy of the agreement, or it may be on the direct debit details for the bank.

Creation owe me in excess of £429 so I'm eager to speak to them!

Does a reference number appear on your bank statements? That should allow you to register online with them.

Failing that, look for an email address or facebook page to contact?

when I had a creation one, Its the L ref number on your dd reference
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
