This is purely imho by the way, so if I'm wrong, soz and check with the OR before taking my word for it. OK, disclaimer out the way.
If we're talking perhaps £1 lottery a week and £5 on bingo (no idea at all how much bingo costs) then I would have thought that it is allowed if it comes from your surplus, as that surplus is for you to do with what you want and if modest gambling for fun is that, then its that. Personally I don't see bingi as gambling as such, more a game where you might have the added bonus of winning money, but the real reason for doing it is paying money to play a game.
Now with the lottery it's easy to do it off line, so not a problem (again imho) if a small amount of money. If you win I would say if it's a tenner, ignore it as it wouldn't be worth the hassle of the OR (I think the banking charges etc would wipe out the amount lol), if it's more let the OR know and he/she might let you keep it (if it's 100 or less) or ask for some. Obviously if you win the entire thing you're quids and can buy the OR so it doesn't matter lol (or can apply to have the BR annulled and pay everyone back etcetc I THINK - Check with the relevant people's on annulement, I know it exists but not sure what the terms and conds are, but winning £4 Million plus has got to be a good start. Or give the winning ticket to a family member to claim and then get the money after discharge off them).
Bingo obviously is a lot easier to play online, and as I have no idea how much it costs or how much you can win I don't think I can comment.
You could hypothetically ask the OR of course

You can still play it, but if you win anything you're obliged to tell the OR as it's a change of circumstances & it's extra income. If the OR wanted to check your bank statement, the automated payment will show up. I doubt they'd be particularly interested in sums under £100 - I think they'd be far more concerned that (a) you found the money to play it when you're BR, & (b) were gambling when you'd already had serious enough financial troubles to go BR. They can't stop you doing the lottery, but I can't see them being particularly amused about it. If you still want to do the lottery, I suggest you use up whatever money's still in the online account & then buy your tickets in a shop in future.

I seem to recall a case, about 5 years ago, when the wife of a bankrupt won the jackpot on the lottery. The OR tried to get his hands on the money, but failed.
Personally, I gave up the lottery, during my br period, but MY wife didn't.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
