:beer: ok here are my options im sooo confused would really like you lovely peoples input please.
Option one
ok so i can pay £5`000 off the term.. bringing my mortgage down from 6years 7months to 5 years 5 months. Then monthly payments will be £652. fixed for 2 years.
option two
2.49% fixed for two years £613.08 a month
pay off £5`000 off monthly payments £544.30 a month
pay off £8`000 off monthly payments £503.18 a month
option three
2.99% fixed for three years £623.05 a month
pay off £5`000 off monthly payments £553.25 a month
pay off £8`000 off monthly payments £511.37 a month
I am really not sure what is the best option and would be really grateful for some help from you lovely people. thanks. :T

Are there product fees to take into account too?
Is this with a different lender, or the same? Conveyancing fees will need to be taken into account if you're changing lender.0 -

Follow on rates variable
Rate 2.49% on option one
No fees (there was slightly better rate with £999 fee i discounted that one)
With same lender.
