Bon Jovi - love the music and the man, I think it may have something to do with the leather trousers!!!!!!!!! Anyone who has been to a concert will know what I mean. ;););)

Pink, I think she is excellent. I've been to a few of her concerts too, she puts on a fantastic show.

Aerosmith, Meat Loaf, Iron Maiden................ I'm a bit of a rock chick really!

Ever heard Metallica's version of Thin Lizzy's Whiskey In The Jar? Absolutely the best song ever IMO. 475842.gif

I've been turning the volume up whenever Artic Monkeys Fluorescent Adolescent or The Hooziers Worried About Ray comes on the radio at the moment - loving those songs.

Whenever I've need a pick me up lately I've been going on Youtube to watch Wierd Al Yankovic. Fat always makes me laugh, and Amish Paradise is just pure class. The eBay song's funny too.

I listen to all sorts, but not usually 'mainstream' radio until I started my current job where they have it on in the office some days.. and must agree that those two grab my attention! Am also loving the Mark Ronson cover versions especially 'Oh My God' with Lily Allen.. as part of my current attempt to force myself into positive thinking I keep singing that line about "knock me down I'll get right back up again, I'll come back stronger than a powered up pac-man" :p

I think the song that gets me going when I am feeling a little blue is Fast Car by Tracey Chapman. For me the song is about the freedom to walk away and forget about the present and look to the future. It gives me hope and makes me feel that I am not alone in being bogged down with worry about bills/work/debts.

On a more general feel, I am a bit of a rock chick I guess, I love the Chillis, REM, Queen, The Killiers, but I also like Elton John I think he is pretty great!

Has to be Bon Jovi for me, last night I was on Singstar 90's and Poison got a good going, quite like the Killers, Fall Out Boy, anything a bit lively really. If I dig into my old old CD collection Whitesnake pops out In The Still of the Night has to be played loud! Europe, Def Leppard, Guns N Roses, Police, Aerosmith, Foo Fighters all get me motivated.

Mikas CD gets a lot of air play at the moment its quite lively, mellower times Daniel Powter. I give most things a go really.

I work for a rock magazine, and whilst my tastes aren't as heavy as half the people here I love Turisas, Lamb of God, Bon Jovi, Black Dahlia Murder, Muse, Billy Talent etc etc. Keeps me sane.
