    ACG/Kingstreet - you've confirmed what I thought. Paying that sort of money, I think I specialist broker would be needed rather than a general one.

    Just to add to the pro-specialist broker voice: the company I work for would charge £99 and we are new build specialists. Don't think there's any reason to spend anywhere near £600.

    One question I'd want to ask is whether or not any of the other properties they've sold were with HTB? A lot of small builder seem to think they are signed up before it all's been confirmed with the HBA.
