Hi,
Just wanting to know from the brokers out there if there are lenders who will lend to someone starting a new job and on a 3 month probationary period?

Depends when you want the funds.
Also, what the previous job was and what the new job is.
To get it right, see a broker.I am a Mortgage Broker

During my probationary period is when the funds would be required.
I am being told too different things by two brokers; the first says no way, forget it and the second says yes its possible....not helpful really.0 -
So talk further to the one who says it's possible, as it is possible.
As amn was suggesting, there are lenders who will want more about your previous occupation/job history, but it is definitely possible to start a new job and get a mortgage which completes before your probationary period ends.I am a mortgage broker. Last year in Feb myself and my husband both started new jobs. We put an offer in on a house in April and spoke to a broker who said no way, come back inn 6 months. However we found another, more helpful one who give us a umber of options and we completed in the June with Abbey, both within our probationary periods. :j0
