You need speak to local estate agents really or study past sold prices yourself. Zoopla and mousprice only get you 80% near the right price.
The only real benefit to them is when you go by their guesstimates for years and then get your house evaluated, leaving for a nice surprise usually.Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.0
