Evening all, sorry to bump this but wanted a little advice. We have just had our lovely stay from this competition but when we arrived, we were not given a suite, but a double room. Now not to say our stay wasn't amazing (the dinner and breakfast was so good!) but I feel if a competition advertises its terms, then that is what we should be provided with. If it were you, would you be grateful and not mention anything or would you make a comment to the competition organisers (in this case public relations company who arranged everything.)

I once won a 40 inch Smart TV and the PR company sent me a standard 40 inch TV which was a lot cheaper than what I had won.
It wasn't so much the difference in cost but I was so excited about owning a TV that I could access the internet with that I pushed for the correct one to be sent & the one received sent back regardless of the delay. I personally would bring this error to their attention as they may not be aware. Good luck!
