So...i'm not bankrupt...yet!

Went for my BR appointment today only to be told i've gone to the wrong office, that it doesn't cover my area, the office in the town 7 miles down the road does. Got another appointment tuesday 10am at the right office. Not really bothered about waiting another 5 days, the clerk was good enough to check over my forms today and let me know everything was filled in ok and should be a straight forward BR hearing on tuesday.

The thing that really [insert expletive here] me off is that I have spoken to that court 3 times, every time they've had my full address and not once have they told me that I need to go elsewhere for my hearing, I was so worked up before I went in today and ready for it all to be over...now i've got to wait another 5 days, not much in the grand scheme of things, but just a small annoyance and pales in comparison to what others are going through right now, just felt a need to rant about this incompetence.
Bankrupt 14/08/07, Early discharge granted 14/02/07...exactly 6 months later :D

Never mind, Exp - at least the forms have been checked, so should save you time on Tuesday.
It's not too long to wait - enjoy the weekend.
I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
