No reason to suspect it isn't genuine. It is a cheque which i asume is made out correctly given your user name. It is only of use to you. Well done enjoy your winnings

Assuming you are a member of the survey panel it should be legit - nothing to be gained by sending you a fake one, it's not like opening an e-mail which could put a virus on your pc.
