    The way I interpret the conditions is that you have to satisfy either condition 1 or condition 2. Condition 2 is just that you hold a Flex Direct account.

    Flex Direct isn't fee paying. I have it and don't pay any fees. It's an online account although they do still send me paper statements.

    My mistake, in that case I can open one asap and reserve the rate on 1 June :)

    Hi guys, I have just spoken with Nationwide, I only satisfy one condition which is I have a Flexplus account. I was eligible for flexclusive rates.
