    All our relevant stakeholders have been informed and the technical error has been resolved.

    We’re currently discussing with our telecoms company the best way to refund entries.

    Also there is no submit button!! know we can using "Return" button on the keyboard to solve the issue but not like to see whether I will be charge £1.50p or not! :(

    I have defo been charged for both this and the key 103 comp, as the charges are already showing on my "recent usage" page on Virgin Mobile. Have emailed both radio stations to complain but not had any response from either of them :mad:

    I am on tesco payg and entered a few of the different station ones this morning and have not been charged - i know for sure as i topped up a tenner last night and it is all still there.

    No worry about it as you never remember your house number! Good excuse go to your fav festivals/gigs camp with no number! :p

    I never got my refund cheque form the first error and no response to email so now 3 times they have irritated me and charged me.
