Hi Just found this, free wifi on he tube, Happy Days

We have partnered with Virgin Media to bring WiFi to 150 London Underground stations.
You can go online anywhere in those stations - in ticket halls, corridors and platforms.
If you're a customer of one of the following, you will get internet access on London Underground at no extra cost. Choose your provider and follow instructions at login:


•Virgin Media Broadband and Mobile customers
•EE, T-Mobile and Orange
•Vodafone
•O2
•Three
If you're not one of these customers, you can purchase a daily, weekly or monthly Virgin Media WiFi Pass to get online.
Everyone can access the Virgin Media portal which includes our latest travel information.
Posters and stickers at your station will tell you when WiFi has arrived there.

Glad you've found it It's been going a few years AFAIK, or at least with o2 it has been- was pretty sure it was all included 2 or 3 years ago? Its a great idea though especially if your waiting for your tube in rush hour and the station your at has wifi; as most of rush hour users will know it's likely you'll be waiting for anything up to 4 or so trains depending on the station/time/tube line etc, to pass before you get to the top of the queue on the platform. Having wifi available makes it all a bit less boring.
