Sold a property for £207.500 in West counrty as part of a deceased estate and paid £750 including VAT.
Eldest daughter is buying a house in South Wales at price of £250K and is being quoted circa £800 / £1000 all in, with stamp duty on top.0 -

What if I like some one who is not on the lenders panel? Can I pay the lenders cost separately? And if so how much? 0 -
Make sure they are on the Lenders panel.
