Halifax Mortgage - Response Time on 2015

We have applied for a mortgage with Halifax on 16th April, 2015. We are first time buyers. The LTV is 95%. We went through a broker.
The valuation has been done on 28th April 2015 and we received survey details after Two days.
My broker called me on 5th May, 2015 and said the mortgage has been APPROVED and i need to pay her fees and i paid.
I have checked my Credit Profile and there are three entries. I guess these are search history which are committed by Halifax.
I am still waiting for the decission. Neither my solicitor nor we have not received any Mortgager offer. How long it takes now a days? Anyone have any idea?
