I have been offered a 0 hr contract also claiming jsa, can i keep my jsa claim open, what are the rules?
I am currently doing commitments that i have through a crown court. community service 200 hrs also i have to attend a course over 3 afternoons a week, basically my days Monday to Friday are committed to these court orders, therefore a full time job is not a possibility for the next few months.
I have a mortgage to pay, the better option is to take my chances on getting regular hours, my concern is what do i do if i don't get regular hours.

Probably best asking on the benefits board.
Any question you have regarding your employment will be welcome here.
