Hi All,
I really need help...I am at a loss and don't know what to do anymore
I'm in serious debt, which is getting bigger all the time. Currently around £82,000. I have 4 small businesses with only two making money (enough to cover themselves) and in serious arrears with everything. My life is a constant robbing peter to pay paul.
I have no income myself, I cant pay my rent, feed my children, ive not eaten for two days as I have no food in the house. I get a few tax credits and child benefit but this goes on business debt/rent/wages.
I can't cope anymore. I have contemplated suicide as it seems my only way out, but I can't let my children down.
I don't know where to turn anymore

You've turned to the right place, there are lots of clever people who can help you here. There is NO debt problem that can't be solved. Samaritans are always available to talk to.
On a personal note, regarding your businesses, if they aren't working, stop throwing money at them. Your family is more important atm.Light Bulb Moment: October 2011

If you concentrate on your two money making businesses and stop the other 2 can you increase your income or could you get a part time job.
If you are without food, ask for help either from family, friends or charity foodbank. You are not alone in struggling to cope financially and there is no shame in it. Samaritans a good place to start if you are feeling alone and in a dark place plus I'm sure you will get some sound advice on this forum.~Laugh and the world laughs with you, weep and you weep alone.~:)

National Debtline and it's sister Business Debtline would be good places to start or Stepchange or the CAB (look online if you don't want to go to your local one).
There are lots of places you can get free advice.
Eating has to be a priority. Obviously you won't be able to think straight if you are not eating.
It can be scary to face up to the fact you are in a bit of a mess but it is only debt at the end of the day. You can deal with it, nothing is worth feeling so low about.
Phone one of the debt charities as soon as possible and they can talk you through all the different options.
Stay strong.
