Hi all,
sorry ive not been around for a while, life has got in the way of a lot recently.
I'm just checking my Noddle and to my horror HSBC have registered a DM entry for Feb 2015.
I finished my DMP with all debts cleared on 2nd Jan 2015.
In all of the history of my hsbc account there are no DM markers, even though I had been on DMP since 2012. (until this new DM marker, there were 5 x AA's, 1 for 2010 and 4 for 2011).
Do I need to ring them to get this corrected? I need to close the account anyway, but I don't want this lingering. I'm 3 years through getting rid of a default, I don't want this to extend my credit-rubbishness by another 3 years
