Allow me to ask some questions, is there a reason you wont buy second hand? The dumbbell and medicine ball can be easily obtained by checking sites local to your area selling stuff.

Why do they have to hex dumbbells?

I would prefer second hand but it's knowing which websites to look at and i have limited knowledge of ebay. It doesn't have to be hex dumbells they are the ones i use.

Any reason why a Reebok step? Amazon have cheaper/unbranded ones from about £12. I'm sure other websites would have similar.
I've used Fitness Superstore through ebay a couple of times, in my experience (once delivery is taken into account), they're usually one of the cheapest.

Second the stepper question, mine was £9.99 and holds up to 250kg

All of those things would be good for weight loss, i'm at 4st 5.5 gone and mostly use weights of various kinds.

I would try contacting some local gyms to, privately owned ones will often sell you some of the old equipment at a good price to!
