Converting loan into mortgage - advice required

Hi all
I'm new to this forum and require some help and advice if anyone out there can help or point me in the right direction of help.
My partner and I have converted a barn that he inherited from his farming family. We took a loan through the countryside agency part of Natwest in order to do this as a mortgage could not be taken on a property which wasn't habitable.
We are near completion and now have to convert this loan into a mortgage but the thing we fear could be a problem is an agricultural tie we have on the property.
We haven't started our search yet but I thought this forum may help - Does anyone out there have any experience of this, or advise where we could get some free/impartial advice?

A good whole of market mortgage broker should be able to help you with mortgages for property with an agricultural tie or there are specialist solicitors that can have these removed for you.
Google for both.
