Pen Refills

This is a request on the behalf of my boss. He was given a pen while on a business trip, which he likes to use. The pen is well made, but the ink refill isn't very good. Is there anywhere you can buy these refills? All I can find are the fancy ones like Parker. This is just one of those cheap looking ones, about 95mm long, that sits in a spring, so it can be retracted. I don't know if I'm searching for the wrong thing by searching ballpoint pen refills, but as I said, all the fancy ones are coming up.

I would have thought anywhere that sells stationery - Staples, Ryman, W H Smith as a starter. Plus I would have thought Amazon or Ebay would be worth checking out too0
