    Looking at Halifax and Santander, yes.
    "Dream World" by The B Sharps....describes a lot of the posts in the Loans and Mortgage sections !!!

    Thank you. Does that mean that non mainstream mortgages have access to lower rates for higher equity or does it mean that the higher equity is required for the level of risk?
